We like to cater to YOUR needs and not insist that you buy extra items that you don't want or need. Your design is always included in you cost so there are no surprises in your total. We always send you an email with your design, before we print it, in case you may need any changes. We work with you until you are happy.We have many fonts, graphics, and photos to chose from. You can also use your own photos or graphics if you send them to us in jpg format. All you really need is a general idea of what you want.Shipping is always included in the cost of your item. Sometimes I can reduce your total if you are ordering several items, depending on what they are.
